1. The single-chip microcomputer is used with the self-developed control board and high-torque AC brushless motor, which runs stably and has low noise, providing a comfortable laboratory environment.
2. The imported fluorine-free refrigeration compressor unit and environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a are used, with a wide temperature control range: -20℃-±40℃, and can be set during the operation of the centrifuge; it has a pre-cooling function, which can quickly cool down to the set temperature; it has a standby cooling function, which can maintain the set temperature in the standby state; it has a heating and defrosting function.
3. It has multiple early warning functions such as overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance, undervoltage, overvoltage, etc., three-level damping and shock absorption, and a special combined shock absorption device, which makes the motor run smoothly, safely and reliably, prevents sample resuspension, and achieves excellent centrifugal effect.
4. TFT-LCD true color display, touch screen buttons and physical buttons dual operation modes, with a special key for centrifugal force display, which displays the set parameters and operating parameters at the same time, and can change the parameters at any time during operation without stopping. The operation interface is intuitive, simple and easy to use; the operation menu can provide multi-language versions (Chinese, English, Russian, Portuguese).
5. The biosafety airtight angle rotor uses a silicone rubber integral seal (EU RoHS 2015/863) to prevent aerosol spillage and fully ensure the safety of staff and laboratory environment.
6. The stainless steel centrifugal chamber is equipped with a full steel spray-coated shell, an integrated stamped steel front face and a three-layer steel protective cover and other security devices, which are both durable and ensure the safety of staff and laboratory use.
7. The silent mechatronic motor door lock is easy to use. Just gently close the door cover to trigger the door lock system and lock the door cover safely.
8. 10-speed acceleration and 10-speed deceleration rate control, which can store 20 sets of user-defined programs, convenient for calling commonly used programs, and the last program is used when the machine is turned on.
9. Aviation forged aluminum rotors (angle rotors only) and a variety of polyamide fiber adapters are available, suitable for 0.2mL to 500mL centrifuge tubes or reagent bottles; various MTP microplates, PCR plates, cell culture plates and deep well plates can be centrifuged.
10. It has CFDA registration and CFDA production qualifications, and has passed ISO9001 (2015) certification and ISO13485 (2016) certification.
